Medicare
Reduce your out-of-pocket costs with a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients referred by a GP.
VOCAT/FAS
Trauma-informed psychological support for eligible victims of crime or family violence.
Private Health
Claim eligible psychology sessions through your private health insurer, depending on your level of cover.
WorkCover
Psychological support for individuals recovering from work-related injuries or psychological workplace claims. Services are available with an approved WorkCover claim.
TAC
Psychological support following transport accident injuries through approved TAC funding.
Medicare
Medicare cardholders with a Mental Health Treatment Plan may be eligible for rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions each calendar year under the Better Access program.

Standard 50- Minute Consultation
Consultation fee: $220
Medicare rebate: $101.55
Your out-of-pocket cost: $118.45
Concession card holders receive a reduced consultation fee of $200 per session, with an out-of-pocket cost of $98.45 after the Medicare rebate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a GP referral to see a psychologist?
No. You can book an appointment without a referral if you are attending as a private client. If you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP.
Can I claim through my private health insurance?
Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate through your private health insurer. We recommend checking directly with your insurer regarding your entitlements.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for adolescents and adults across Australia, providing convenient access to psychological support from your home or another private location.
